A fantastic shop . Brought some more charms for Pandora bracelet. Also as over £99 Was given a free Pandora Bangle. Excellent friendly service really professional & helpful by Assistant Manager Leanne. I would highly recommend this shop. As a Pandora gift for someone is not just a special occasion. So visit this shop & treat yourself or someone to a gift. Life is to short not to do so. Be happy enjoy Pandora.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent customer service and very easy to navigate to look and purchase beautiful products. Especially polite and I personally was dealt with in a very personal manner and my purchase was dealt with very quickly and with a wonderful attitude. Following Covid-19 measures and immaculate tasteful decor to show off the many styles and range of products available. Highly recommend this branch to anyone who has not been in before. 5 star service all the way.

Staff are polite and very helpful.sometimes the wait to be served is long but it's worth it because of the quality of the jewellery is outstanding. if you have a problem with anything e.g. broken,to small or big they will deal with it quickly

Staff are always really helpful here, but I've never really been a fan of the set up of Pandora shops. You have to wait at a kiosk to be attended by a member of staff as the shop is always so so busy. They then take you to a random counter where you discuss what what you want. That's great but how do you know what you want unless you can browse everything. Unfortunately this isn't really possible as the counters are hidden by all the customers being attended to by the above staff. That is what I dislike. You can't easily browse the selection. Having said that, if you have something in mind ie a theme, the staff are excellent at putting together a small selection for you to choose from. Their knowledge of the charms is excellent from my experiences.

Worse place ever at Xmas, like a cattle market, Q System not very clear so like me you can end up at counter where they will totally ignore you until you figure there is a Q hidden to the right, they have staff on door who fail to explain this.. Wish I'd never bought wife here bracelets as forced to go here twice a year now 😭😭😭

I have also purchased items from the Southampton branch at West Quay and service and friendliness and professionalism of staff was amazing.
