I am very pleased and satisfied with an adjustment made to my silver bracelet to make it shorter. Silversmith on premises, with whom I could discuss my wishes, workshop on site, excellent workmanship, completed in 7 days at a very reasonable price.

A. K.Just want to say how excellent the service was and how genuinely lovely the staff were. My husband and I were on our honeymoon in the peak district and were looking to get his wedding ring resized as it was slightly too big. We called around several places and unfortunately they all said it would take weeks to do. We stumbled across this beautiful family run business and we could not have been more pleased! We rang to enquire about the job and they said we could come down the same day and they would try to do it within the time frame of our honeymoon. Once we got there everyone was so lovely and they literally went above and beyond and took the ring and resized it within a few hours just because they knew we would not be staying long in the area. The workmanship was top class and the price was very reasonable. They provided such amazing service and it'll be a memory we'll keep forever! Will definitely travel back to them to get the rings engraved as well! Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. A personal thank you to the gentleman who did the resizing himself on the day, apparently he had not done one for many years and specially did it for ourselves as he knew we were staying in Peak district for our honeymoon!
