After visiting several jewellers and the watch repair shop, I was beginning to get frustrated with the fact that I couldnt get a watch strap for my Longines watch... The lady at H Samuel in Hanley saved the day. Fantastic professional and friendly service. So much so I ended up buying watches for both of my sons. Highly recommended.

Been a customer here for years and spent £1000s over 're years. All new staff and not as welcoming as they use to be. Tried to charge me £50 for a battery for a watch that was still under warranty. The lady who served me was quite rude and not helpful at all. Spoke to me with her back turned and handed the watch back to me when I told her I wasn't prepared to pay that and different offer any further help! Previous staff and management were fantastic and very helpful.

When I visited the store in the Pottery Centre previously it was 10/10 Now I have been calling their number to inquire about a watch I need but no answer although their website says open until 8:00pm. I wonder if it is now closed .

Very welcoming here and the staff always greet with a smile which is hard to come by these days. The only downfall to this shop is the shop itself. It's so out dated and dull. It doesn't feel like a jewellers when you go in there. But if you want service with a smile H.samuel is the place to go.
