I have purchased a lot of bespoke items from Hardwicks over the years and have received a high standard of customer service. When it came recently to purchasing the most important ring of my life (engagement ring) I was taken right from beginning and guided through the types/cuts/carrots and styles with full confidence and commitment from all staff. The final product, of which was create by the current owner, left my fiancée speechless. I would highly recommend Hardwicks and sister shops to any person/s needing welcoming and professional guidance into the world of jewellery.

Couldn't fault the service we have had from Hardwicks, we were looking for a gift for our son's 21st birthday and wanted a pocket watch. The staff helpfully sourced and ordered one for us. Came in with my wedding ring stuck on my finger... I'd tried everything at home but was panicking as I needed it off for an operation. The lady and gentleman here managed to do it for me. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and saved me alot of stress!! Would recommend them to anyone, I will be returning after my hand is back to normal to have my ring resized. Whilst I was there I had a look around the store, loads of lovely pieces. This is what I'd class as a proper jewelry store, a little gem in burton on trent.
