I called into the store in Swansea to ask about having my clogau bracelet fixed. Jordan was brilliant, he offered me a replacement bracelet with absolutely no quibbling. I then chose a ring to purchase. Both items were ready for collection in 2 days. Absolutely brilliant service. Well done to Jordon and the girls who served me when I collected my special items.
