Very happy with the service I received when I went in to purchase an OMEGA. The price agreed was very competitive. I made the mistake of going in on a weekend so took a while to be seen, but if you go on a weekday and not at lunch time I'm sure you'll be seen straight away.

I went in to Ernest Jones today to look for a watch. I was immediatly welcomed by a dashing young man who introduced himself as Charlie. I was looking for a nice watch for my 30th birthday. Not only did he supply me with good and revelent information but he also tried to upsale me..... and it worked. I went in to the shop looking for a simple quartz watch and left with a masterpiece automatic watch. He also gave me his personal number just incase I had any troubles with the automatic watch. I will 100% be going back to the shop just for the man himself of Charlie. The best customer service I have ever experienced in an AD shop.

Got my Omega seamaster fully serviced here,after 15-16 years of daily wear,The watch needed quite a lot of work done as it also had some water damage,the hands were also changed all for the price of a full service,excellent value for money. Oh and a 2 year Omega guarantee,that was the icing on the cake for me. The staff are very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions! Highly recommend
