We came in for a birthday present and met Luke who was super helpful especially since I know next to nothing about watches. I am beyond pleased with the watch I picked out, and would not have had a chance without the help I had. The whole process was very easy and done efficiently. 100/10 would recommend. Added bonus - Luke is handsome and very charismatic (genuinely).

Always impressed with the supreme customer service Dan and his team offer. On this occasion I had a spare link which needed to be fitted to my recently acquired Tag Watch. Not only did Luke fit it free, but also validated the reference number on the watch against the official Tag register. Absolutely fantastic service from Luke and the team to my visit to the store last Sunday 12/06/2022. I was in two minds of buying the Oris in emerald green, but I soon changed my mind when Luke had advised on the Oris and let me try the Watch on. Outstanding service from the team as well when my watch was having links taken off. I felt very welcomed and humble. All the staff couldn’t do enough. Highly recommend coming here for all your Watch and jewellery needs. If I could give more stars I really would. I am one very happy customer with my purchase and the service I have received. Was in Swansea on 7th of December with my 10 year old daughter when she said out of the blue she would like a Gucci watch. As you can imagine i was taken back that she even knew about the luxury brand at such a young age. I explained to her that they are very expensive and out of daddy's pay range but if I was to ever to win the lottery I would treat her to one as an investment. She than went on and asked was there anywhere in Swansea she could look at them. So I took her to Crouch and she was thrilled to see all the Gucci watches to the point where she was basically sat on the floor pointing out which one she liked. It was at this point a sales person who was putting stuff away asked if we needed any help. I explained that my daughter at just said out of the blue she wanted a Gucci watch and how I had explained if I win the lottery I would treat her to one. He told my daughter she had a very good taste and they are very expensive but in hindsight if she was to have one it would be her 13,19,21,30,40,50 and even her 60 birthday present all rolled in one. I said that was a great idea. He even asked if she would like to try one on. Which I declined only because my daughter as Autism I didn't want to upset her when she would have to take it off. The reason I decided to write this review was that it didn't matter that my daughter was carrying a Prime Mark bag or not in designer clothes. The member of stuff most likely knew there was no sale to be made but he still went ahead and showed us the same respect and time as if we where there to make a purchase. I wished I had taken his name but thank you for helping but a smile on my daughter.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Crouch Swansea. Jason the manager always goes the extra mile and the team are super friendly too. Bought a few Rolex timepieces from there after mediocre service at other jewellers and will continue going there for any future purchases. Great communication from the team too- from order to delivery. In a tough retail environment like today, only good service will keep people coming back and spending their hard earned money. Keep it up !
