T. G.Had seen a watch on Saturday in the window display but couldn't make tge decision as was not able to get through on the call with my husband. Called the branch and spoke to Tracey. She was extremely patient and helped me locate the watch and saved it for. Very happy with excellent customer service provided.

I wanted 2 get 2 cheap for work watches fixed with new straps, but due 2 the rubber straps beyond repair, Peter M recommended that I go 4 the scrappage repair scheme. Best move I made. 2 brand new watches at 10% discount per watch. Great idea. Very friendly service and wanting to go that extra mile from Peter. Impeccable service 5*.
