I visited this shop earlier today to discuss an offer I missed when I bought a pair of earrings last time. At first, I was a little bit embarrassed because of the situation, thankfully, the lady ( I forgot to ask her name but I guess she is in her 40s or early 50s and has blond hair) who served me made the whole experience a lot better. Her professionalism and attitude towards customers should be appreciated by the company and customers.

C. P.I had to get my wedding ring repaired and I went to H Samuel as its the jewelers I trust the most and also it was place place I bought my wedding ring way back in 2011.
I took it in and I was given a quote within a couple of weeks as repairs are carried out off site. I was given an estimate for the repair before I gave the go ahead. They kept me informed via Text which was convenient.
I am really happy with the service I would highly recommend H Samuel for your next big jewelry purchase or repairs required to your current ones. Thanks H Samuel, the ring looks brand new and fits perfectly.

M.After losing a diamond from the new wedding ring my husband bought me after thirty plus years together, lockdown came I managed to contact Samuel's via email, got a response within 24 hours, was told as soon as the shops are open again, problem would be sorted, and I'm glad to say it has been.
