V. R.Went into the store this morning, to change a ring I was bought for my birthday from my husband. The size fitted, but just feel comfortable and I didn’t want it to stay in the box, I didn’t have the heart to tell my husband. I asked if I could change the size. Unfortunately I had no receipt as it was a gift. The lady who served me (sorry cannot remember name) looked online and found it and exchanged it with no problems. I am so thankful as I really want to wear it as I love it.

T. M.Hubby bought me a beautiful bracelet as a wedding present from here. Got the snowflake, stars.. To the moon and back, family album, mum and a couple of the morano beads. Gorgeous. Staff were so friendly when mum and I took it in to be cleaned and get a safety chain put on. Also got mum some earrings for mother of the bride, she loves them. Daughters got rings each. ❤️❤️

because we were shown different rings, which went together, we weren't rushed and were made to feel special......and they were in the deal which is on at the moment so we got a bargain at the same time!!!!
