It's not often you find such friendly & helpful staff, even in a jewellery store, and when we were asked if we'd like a tea or coffee, we thought, 'oh oh, it's going to be expensive.' But we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and price. The assistant Kirsty was fantastic, listening to what we wanted, and genuine eye contact. I can see us going back again 😄
