I went into the store to sell a phone, I was treated very well and couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. Dealt with very quickly and politely. I was dealing with a woman called hazel very polite and very professional. Would recommend as great prices and very friendly.

Been to this shop a few times now and always receive top quality service. Most recently I went there to sell an item and was served by a lovely lady called hazel who showed complete professionalism and friendliness during my transaction. I would definitely use this establishment again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bargain.

Absolutely amazed at the warm welcome I received in the Wellington store. I was made to feel very welcome by Hazel who proceeded to make sure that if I needed anything to just ask. I felt very grateful for this. I will definitely return.

Very good store the most important thing that the store have improved on is pos and description of items Hazel is a great member to the team and so Is Hailey poss two future managers there and always full of smiles and warm welcoming the gents side Matthew and Rob are a fantastic double act team on front counter alongside Hazel too I would now like to see Lauren have more active role in the store by being on front counter too instead of finance and close the finance department to allow more stock room on floor and make a third counter only one tiny problem not enough staff on Sunday needs to be 4. Also final point I see 3 potneal managers for the future sorry I mention two earlier also Lauren could be one as well but in order to be a manager you need passion and desire which all 3 show in working in store and patience

Bought many things from here but, today I went in to buy an apple watch for £129.99, it was in good condition but when I tried t set it up, it wasn't working properly, luckily I got my money back and that was fine.

Lauren is amazing shes the only reason I regulary use the cash loan part left to the old manager i was never going to return lauren makes it so friendly so helpfull shes a credit to the store and so is Hailey they both go the extra mile to help and genuinely value their customers 10 out of 10 for me I travel ftom Shrewsbury to Wellington just to use this store also matt is brillaint with my son's computer this place is a million times better than c.e.x 🙌 thank you cash converters
