She helped me pick a colour, confirmed when ashes received and true to her word used the left over ashes to mould into the shape of a small heart and this will sit in my jewelry box. The actual necklace is great. I'm so pleased I did this. Its a nice way to remember my Dad.

Prompt turnaround and kept us informed throughout. Really pleased with finished product, she also sent little pebbles formed from spare materials and remaining unused ashes returned to us. Well packaged with lovely presentation boxes, picked and certification cards with Dads name. Highly recommend as much better value than original company who started this type of service .
