H. S.Brilliant service and experience.. All Staff are totally helpful and understanding and remember you....you don't feel like you're on a production line of customers. I'm not sure of the ladies name that helped us, but she was totally wonderful. (She's not worked there very long) she was knowledgeable and very patient.

D. L.James at the Telford store went the extra mile for me when I had a difficult situation regarding a generous gift from my husband that didn’t suit my taste. Unbeknown to me the gift had been purchased well in advance of my birthday and when I eventually had the courage to ask my husband would he mind if I tried to change it for something else the time for exchange was past. James said he could use his discretion on this occasion ( this must have happened before ) and with his help I was able to choose a diamond pendant that I will wear every day. Thank you James. I am one happy bunnie and husband loves what I’ve chosen -Phew!
a.Some lovely items but few staff so we had quite a wait to get the help we needed to buy our items.
Seems quite expensive generally but we were buying Thomas Sabo charms and can only get them here locally. Staff vary, have been before and had patient helpfulness on this occasion rather brusque and no real guidance or knowledge of items given. Ok I guess.
