From start to finish, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They know their craft and give you genuinely helpful advice so you get the best out of your rings. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they can to make sure we're happy (including multiple resizes in our case). We had our wedding rings made to custom requirements, and they couldn't be more perfect. After lackluster service from some high street jewellery chains (where my engagement ring was from), we were really impressed with Cathedral Jewellers and would definitely go back again.

I had an a accident and my platinum wedding band was badly damaged. It had a nasty slice in the side and was completely mishapen and scratched. I truly thought it was a right-off. The lovely people at Cathedral Jewellers transformed it, and when I picked it up I was so pleased as it looked like new! They not only repaired the damage but resized and polished the ring , and all for an extremely reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend this company - others in the area were nowhere near as friendly, helpful or honest with their pricing! Thanks so much for the quick, reliable service.
