What a great experience. Popped into this shop whist away with my family and the great service by Sam, relaxed environment and lack of high pressure sales tactics were refreshing and encouraged me to buy my 1st luxury watch which I love! I then got a call from Sam a few months later to say a watch I had enquired about was available so I came back to get that one too! Would recommend anyone to pop in and have the great service that I did.

Had an amazing experience in the Michael Spiers boutique located in Truro. This was all thanks to Gio! His passion and expert knowledge is clear to see. He was extremely welcoming and helped me make some incredible purchases. This is now the only boutique I will go to to make jewellery and watch purchases. I am looking forward to returning within the year to collect another one of my dream time pieces, and hopefully many more purchases in the future from Gio at Michael Spiers!

Just wanted to post a review about the service and experience I have recently received from Sam and the team at Micheal spires in Truro..... I very recently had a milestone birthday so wanted to mark that occasion by treating myself. From the very first time I visited the store Sam was super helpful and had great knowledge of the items I was interested in which in my recent experience is kind of a rare thing as most people treat work as just a paycheck at the end of the month and don't seem to care..... Not so in this case Sam always made me feel welcome at Micheal spires and I was greeted with a smile everytime I visited the store and she managed to source exactly what I wanted. Customer service at this level nowadays is a rare thing and would just again like to thank Sam and the spires team for knocking it out of the park! Now to plan my next treat 😁😁

Great experience! Justin was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the watches. I bought an Omega Speedmaster and Justin explained the differences between all the models available and the specifications. I'll definitely be back in the future. Popped in to the Truro MS to buy something nice for our anniversary and again received star treatment from the staff who have always made me feel valued whenever I’ve visited and for whatever reason - thanks Chelsi (I hope I remembered that right, do let me otherwise and I’ll correct - getting old!). I also visited the Rolex exhibition and saw George Savage, the Rolex Manager who has helped me over the years. He is a great host and can talk Rolex fluently which is fabulous. I genuinely had fun pining over the many exhibition timepieces, handling them trying them on. If you appreciate Rolex you’ll know what I’m trying to explain. I highly recommend you pop in next time you pass, if you haven’t yet you may well be surprised with what you find.

Amazing Experience! I visited a couple of months ago and what a day it was! George was great, spending time with us, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm about watches. We spent a couple of hours at the shop but it really could have been all day! The inside is beautiful with lots on display and very welcoming! Incredible shop! Not only was there a great range of watches from different brands, the staff, particularly Samantha, were fantastic! Super helpful, friendly and genuine! Even though we were just browsing the staff were all more than happy to help and made us feel truly welcome! 10/10!

Went to get a new battery put into my Tag today, the gentleman I spoke to there explained that at the moment, they couldn’t take on anymore work, I mentioned that I’d driven up from Penzance and would he be able to make an exception, his answer was yes, what a fastidious service, I’d bought my watch from there, had the battery replaced there last time, and I’ll be definitely using and recommending this branch at Truro, thank you so much.

Purchased my first premium watch from this branch of Michael Spiers, a TAG Heuer F1.
