J. B.We went to this Pandora store as my wife fancied a bracelet with some charms for her birthday. The customer service was excellent. Tracey gave us her full attention and helped my wife to choose by letting her try on a number of different bangles and bracelets. She showed patience throughout and enabled my wife to come to a decision on the bracelet that was right for her and then we purchased a safety chain and 3 charms. Tracey was brilliant and an absolute credit to Pandora.

Immediately she offered to replace my broken ring and my friends charm which had stones come out of it. Very very pleased with the amazing service my Tracey and the other ladies in the store.
