Met Ben today who was super friendly and let me try on my watch of choice. He explained the price match policy and we had a nice chat. He realised I was on a lunch break and had to get home (and that I may not get back to Warrington anytime soon). Anyway, in the evening I was going to buy online from another shop but thought I'd see what they could do. Spoke with the equally friendly and helpful Ed on the phone. And now awaiting my watch tomorrow. Made up beyond belief. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Ben (and also Ed for the assist). Both of you will do well making customers happy like this! ☺️

The watches and jewellery are lovely with a wide selection to choose from. However, its the customer service that excels here. The staff are very welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable, and will take as long as it takes to make sure you leave happy.

Popped in there a few days ago looking for ideas for my engagement ring, a member of staff called James kindly served us. I had an absolutely lovely experience and James was incredibly knowledgeable and polite, he opened my eyes to a lot of other choices I had not previously thought of. After visiting 5 other jewellery stores we ended up back at Beaverbrooks as I couldn't get one of the earlier choices out of my mind. We came back today to purchase it. It's stunning and I'm absolutely in love with it. We went through all the paperwork with a young lad called Ben who was incredibly professional and also very polite. Thank you so much for helping me find my dream ring.

The 5 star is for the ladies and gents who work in the shop they have been a great help. The company how ever are not so good. Quality control doesn't seem to be in place. I bought a £4500 watch had to send it back as it was damaged inside. 2 months later first time wearing the watch and the clasp jams keeping it locked onto my wrist. Really disappointed.

had to get a bracelet my boyfriend got me resized and had sue help me; she was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to! couldn’t recommend her or this store enough my bracelet is beautiful great experience all round!

If I could give a 6 star rating for the staff here I would. They were just amazing helping me choose a wedding ring and then ensuring I received it in time. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.
