Visited store to enquire about a watch and possible second choice, neither of which were in stock. Georgia was extremely helpful; she ordered these, contacted me as soon as they arrived, (within a couple of days), and made an appointment to go back to store to see them. Georgia was again very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I returned to store and I purchased my first choice. Excellent customer service. Thank you Georgia

I took my eternity ring into Goldsmiths for repair, the ring is very special to me as it was the last birthday present my husband bought me before he died in May 2020. The staff were wonderful, friendly and professional, especially Sally and Ashley, I have my ring back now. Thank you for all your help.

Can't thank Jasmin enough for all her help this last week, sourcing a replacement wedding ring for the one I had bought that was a size too small! Recently purchased an engagement ring from Goldsmiths and the staff at Warrington went above and beyond for me. The size I needed wasn't available online but they sourced it for me in the Canary Wharf store and made enquiries on my behalf ending in the ring being delivered to the Warrington store for me. They kept me up to date on progress with frequent phonecalls. Staff in store were very friendly when I came to collect and were not pushy with any add-ons. Great service. A credit to the Goldsmiths brand and best of all... my girlfriend said yes and loves the ring!
