Wonderful staff here. Came in as a diamond had fallen out of my partners ring as was lucky enough to be served Jane and Demy. Both were very friendly and professional and had me on my way quickly and with a smile. Credit to the company both of them - thanks very much :)

Bought a bracelet with a birthstone charm for my friends 50th birthday in January and the stone fell out of it. As I didn't have the receipt for it I went in to buy another one. The ladies were amazing they looked everywhere for the January stone and then replaced it for free as was still under warranty and even boxed the bracelet up again so I gave the present to my friend all over again. I was so thrilled and the ladies were so helpful - I will definitely buy more pandora now.

Despite long queues during holiday times the staff store and sale usually works out well here. Staff helpful, they prevent people queueing for items not in stock by checking what people are waiting in line for. If only every shop did this wasted time in shops and retailers would be a thing of the past.

I visited the shop because I was looking for a Christmas gift and I ended up purchasing the product online. The lady didn't know how to approach me, as a customer. As I never had a look at jewellery, I explained that I'll have a look at the Gift Guide and come back but the lady seemed not to understand me or she wasn't interested into understanding my needs. I came back today, to purchase the Cleaning kit and the lady didn't know that they were selling them. (laugh)
