A. M.Popped into Beaverbrooks at Watford today to purchase a new watch. Met by Daniel one of their sales consultants who advised me on the size and type ( I had already decided on which brand I was interested in) he was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.
A. N.Really polite helpful staff. Unfortunately my watch is acting strange but I didn't have my receipt with me. It was bought almost 18 months ago. Within minutes the young man had found my details and logged my watch for repair, no hassle and no problem at all! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve dealt with Dan on several occasions and I’ve been completely satisfied.
My partner and I recently visited the branch to look at and choose a wedding ring to match her Engagement ring,
Gemma the manager was fantastic.!
Her knowledge and experience was great.
She showed us several rings that she thought would match and was spot on, as my partner chose the first one that she tried on.
The follow up service was spot on, Gemma kept us up to date and we are going back this week to try the exact ring in the right size.
I will always use Beaverbrookes for all my jewellery purchases.
