Amazing service from start to finish. My watch needed a service and somehow they managed to get it back to me in half the quoted time. The watch was immaculate upon collection I am delighted with how it's turned out, like new. When collecting the watch Shaheeda have me a first class experience explaining what had been done to restore it and the technique's involved. She even found time to entertain my 18 month old daughter. Would definitely use this store again!

I initially inquired about a watch with Lee towards the end of 2021. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the watch and very pleasant to speak to. From registering for the watch, to getting the watch, i was contacted by hollie to keep me updated and to let me know they hadn't forgot about me. I got a call a few weeks ago saying the watch i showed interest in was available. The whole team were very accommodating and it was an extremely smooth process buying the watch. Hollie is lovely, very kind and easy to talk to - will definitely be buying more watches from goldsmiths watford!!!! NEW: wanted to write a new review but google wont allow me 🤔 Last time I went in and purchased a watch (above), I mentioned to Hollie that I was looking to purchase a gift for my dad for his birthday / retirement. Hollie and the whole team at goldsmiths helped me make this possible and i was lucky enough to be able to gift my father a beautiful watch after years of selflessly working within the NHS, helping others. So, we went to our local branch and there we had the most unforgattable experience with Harriet. She gave us an outstanding custamer service Harriet is a truly and sincer person.
