Absolutely delighted with our rings which were delivered today. They are exactly as we asked for and the gifts received for the bridesmaids and best man are amazing.

I can’t rate Smooch highly enough! We bought our wedding rings from them 7 years ago and the rep who came to our home at the time was really helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When our rings arrived they were exactly what we ordered and made to a really high standard. A diamond recently fell out of my wedding ring and so I contacted Stephen at Smooch who responded almost immediately with details of how to return it to them so that it could be fixed - it was totally hassle free and i have peace of mind knowing that repairs are covered. I’ve just had it back today and it looks brand new! I also need some work doing on my engagement ring (not originally from Smooch) and asked Stephen if he could get me a quote. He sent me over a quote really quickly and it is beyond reasonable. In summary - I think Smooch are fantastic. Having contacted them several times with different queries etc I have found their customer service to be absolutely faultless. I’ve mainly dealt with Stephen but he has always been extremely friendly and helpful and he clearly knows his trade incredibly well. Their work is of a really high standard and I wouldn’t use any other jeweller now to look after my jewellery. If only all companies were run as well as Smooch!

I was very lucky to win a competition that Smooch wedding rings is in partnership with. They have been very generous and gave me multiple choices extra, as I had my heart set on a specific style which wasn't in the prize selection. They were happy for me to try and send back until I was happy with one. They have very quick responses and when my ring arrived, I was over the moon with the quality. The delivery process is very quick, and very helpful. I also have ordered my fiancee ring, and they directed us on what would be the best kind of ring to go for. I couldn't fault my overall experience with this company.

Smooch was an amazing service, from start to finish. Rather than going for a high street retailer, I went to a wedding fair and tried my chances there. Best choice ever! The lady that helped us choose our rings was extremely helpful and professional, done in the comfort of our own home with plenty of samples to choose from. So this is a honest review of how I feel it went. Booking process fast and easy. Rep was great not pushy when I was indecisive Great choice of rings and a good offer on. Now after that is where for me it becomes irritating, so when I confirmed prices as was different from website was told it was because my partner had a size r finger so charged a extra 12.5%. Wasn’t told this by rep. She removed it after I stated She didn’t even tell us. Online through another email I enquired about same ring in size we wanted came back as price we was charged after she took this apparent extra size charge off. Also online prices where different too. When I questioned the rep she stated there was miss prices on the web and would be sorted Monday 4 days later. So first thing if I hadn’t of queried this we would not have been over charged. Kinda felt like we was being conned to a charge we was never told about and luckily noticed it. Then we was sold them on the wonderful service aftercare free sizing free polish free replacements if diamonds fall out. No extra charges were mentioned ether. Turns out you have to pay £20 a ring when you send them off for their insurance. Again wasn’t advices and not really for free then. Then couple days later get a text message saying we should get them valued up they do a special price. Now having spent over £2000 on rings I’d expect them to come certificates anyway. Look we liked the rings we bought them but we do feel like actually we’ve been taken for a ride and prices for all we know could be made up a little bit. As for the certificate we’re gonna have to buy it for insurance reasons but this should be included as most jewellers now do. I don’t expect messages 2 days later begging for money. Would I recommend? Possibly, but would make sure they was to check all prices and ask the questions we shouldn’t have to ask to see if given a honest answer And would make sure they’re aware of how we both felt a little cheated. Now we have to hope they turn up ok and right size as we don’t have long to go until our wedding.

We cannot praise your service enough, from the selection process which was not rushed in anyway. The swiftness of delivery and the customer service when we needed the delivery date changing. We have already recommended the company to anyone who mentions they are getting married and will continue to do so.
