I wanted to exchange a gift (which was slightly past the 28 days), but Angela made it incredibly easy, suggested some options for other items I might like. I thought about replacing a ring I’d had for 4 years that had worn out slightly. But she suggested it could be replated which I opted for. Angela is a true credit to the company, we need more of people like her in customer service. So friendly, helpful and professional!

R.The team at Watford Thomas Sabo are absolutely amazing, myself and my partner have got to know the team so well, the store manager we got to meet on our first shopping trip a few years ago, She was and still is amazing, we got to know the team by names which is always nice and they know what type of jewellery we like, when we order we get a curtesy call to say when it’s been delivered, everything is always nicely packaged.
The store is always clean and very professional looking and always updated with new collections.

I have just returned from the Watford…
I have just returned from the Watford branch of Thomas Sabo. where i received excellent service from two lovely members of staff. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I shall be returning soon when I have more time to look properly. Service reminded me of why we should shop in store and not online.thank you Mrs Herring
B.The ladies in this store are the most loveliest ladies I’ve met in any jewellery store, they go out of their way to remember your name, Greet you when you walk into the store and will help you in anyway they can.
