My first experience with Fraser Hart Worcester was with Chad on 22/01/2022. Chad had ordered my watch direct from Omega a couple of weeks earlier. I arrived with my husband and Chad made us feel very welcome and seated us in a quiet area of the store. He was charming and polite, professional and patient. I went into Fraser Hart for an Engagement ring, as soon as I walked in the service I got was second to none. I was dealt with by staff member Chad Robinson and his knowledge and confidence certainly assured me I was buying the right ring. The ring came and the day arose I proposed and she said Yes! A week or 2 later my partner noticed a imperfection with the diamond. Spoke to Chad and he went above and beyond reaching out to numerous branches to find the best replacement he could and fair play to him we are truly grateful for the ring now.

I contacted Fraser Hart Worcester to enquire about a watch I wanted to view. Chad took the call and was extremely helpful. He arranged an appointment for the next day at a time to suit me, as I would be travelling from Tamworth. This was at the end of October 2021. I travelled to Worcester and the traffic was lighter than expected. I arrived 30 minutes early, but thought I would see if Chad was available. A member of staff was in the process of explaining that he had stepped out to grab some Lunch when he walked into the store with a sandwich! I informed Chad that I was more than happy to wait until he had eaten but he insisted that he should see me immediately. Chad fetched the watch we had talked about from storage, along with 2 other dial colours as requested. He was very knowledgeable about the brand (Omega) and the model line up. After deciding on the dial colour, he talked me through the movement, time and date settings. The entire experience with both the branch and Chad in particular was nothing but positive and I informed him that I would definitely return for my next watch purchase. Well, on 22nd January this year I did just that! I returned with my wife to complete the purchase of a second Omega that had been ordered from the factory for her. Once again, we found Chad to be welcoming, immaculately turned out and thoroughly professional. He obviously has a passion for horology and is extremely patient with his clients. Communication was always prompt and comprehensive. I will be returning soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the branch and Chad in particular to friends, family and anyone reading this review! The service was great. I had the pleasure of meeting Chad who was more than helpful when I went to collect my first special watch. His attention to detail was brilliant and went through everything with me regarding the watch and watch winder. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

Needed to say what a great experience. I met Chad, whose warm and friendly greeting put me at ease straight away. I don't know why, but I always tend to feel uncomfortable in jewellery stores but this was different. I had three watches that needed minor alterations, one i had bought from a different shop in London the week before but regardless they were happy to help. Even though the alterations only took a short time, when I returned, the watches were ready and waiting. Chad made sure each watch fitted perfectly and even re altered one that wasn't quite right while I was there. He then reset my new watch while explaining everything regarding service and accuracy of the watch. I would like to thank Chad for his professionalism, warmth and kindness during my visit. Great service, spotted a watch in the window and was 50 / 50 on buying it. The staff came over and at no point did I feel pressured and rushed. Tried the watch on and walked out of the store with a new watch. Was served by Millie, you could see she was new but did a fantastic job and with a couple more sales she will be fine, Chad was on hand to support and between the 2 of them I felt that they valued my custom even though I was not buying the most expensive watch in the store.

I recently visited Fraser Hart to collect my new Tudor watch from Chad. We expect good service wherever we go but the service at Fraser Hart was exceptional. Chad was very knowledgable about Tudor, demonstrating not only the watch but explaining fully the internal mechanisms and Tudor history. Chad answered all of my questions proficiently. I think its clear to see that Chad is the man to see when looking for a watch. I don't think it will be long until he has his own watch shop. I purchased a Tudor GMT off him on the 2/1/22 and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had no intentions of coming away with a brand new watch for my 21st I was looking for a used date just 36 or a seamaster. But after talking numbers with Chad my decision was clear to choose the Tudor. Chad is by far the most educated watch retailer I have spoken too which was so important because I was yet to meet a salesman who actually new about the watches they were supplying. My first experience at Fraser Hart Worcester was with a sales representative called Chad. It was Christmas 2019 and I was shopping for a gift for my wife. Chad was very helpful showing me lots of different items. I left with a very nice Tennis bracelet.
