J. C.My partner went here to buy my engagement and wedding bundle as a surprise for me. He was served my Amanda. Fantastic member of staff and a real credit to the store and team. She knew everything about the stock to Sizing and went above and beyond with her service. Even when I went back to have to ring resized she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much for making our experience a memorable one.
J. M.Always been my go to jewellery shop but unfortunately my local shop has now closed. Needed a new pair of earrings at a reasonable price and found just what I needed. Even better I was offered an additional discount for purchasing on that day. The shop was inviting and well laid out and the lady assistant extremely helpful and friendly.
G. L.Absolutely amazing service. Dropped off my necklace which was so tangled, they untangled in under two hours and didn’t charge anything for it! So so pleased I get to wear my favourite necklace again.

J.lots of selection could use new carpets and some of the jewellery is overpriced and some staff could use a refresher in training multiple people were left waiting when some staff were standing around doing nothing and one person using a crutch was left to stand instead of being offered a seat I know its small things but they make a difference in a business improve on these things and they would get 5 stars.

t. s.Went in this weekend and bought a watch under their price match policy. The difference in price was quite substantial (£200) and I was expecting them to try and renege on the policy - something I've experienced at other stores, but there was no quibbling or arguing from any of the staff they just applied the discount.
There's a very large range in the store and all of the staff are both pleasant and polite and very helpful. Would happily shop there again.
A. S.I cannot praise Richard and his store after the poor service from stores in Gloucester and Cymbran. Richard the store manager personally dealt with my order via the phone and went above and beyond by personally inspecting the item to make sure as he said "that it was in pristine condition".
Order was also delivered on time will be calling this store or may visit the store in person in the very near future
