R. C.If anyone has lost a loved one and looking for a keepsake I highly recommend Ashes with art. They are second to none, extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased a signet ring to be made with my brothers ash's, I received phone calls throughout the whole process giving me advice and updates. The craftsmanship is just so remarkable. When I received my parcel I opened it up find a certificate of authenticity, box with my ring with a bow and a thank you letter. Once again 100% recommend and thank you Ashes with art.

M. F.The wonderful 'Ashes With Art' have made this wonderful solitaire diamond ring with my Husband's ashes placed in the secret chamber, I have had it engraved with a beautiful message too. When I received it I couldn't quite believe how beautiful & stunning it is, it took my breath away (photo's don't do it justice!) I now wear it with my late Mum's redesigned wedding ring.
Our dog sadly passed away 2 months after my Husband, so I also ordered the diamond embossed memorial band with her ashes in the secret chamber, that too is a lovely ring.

O. G.I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this place is. I lost my dog unexpectedly 4 weeks ago and was heartbroken at what to do with her ashes. It was really difficult for me to find a ring that wasn’t diamonds or crystals (I know boring) and I came across this on AWA. As soon as I placed my order I received a phone call to confirm everything on my order was correct and sent out a pack to collect the ashes. Once received, I got another phone call to let me know that they had arrived safely and then another phone call to let me know my ring was ready to be dispatched. The rings came very quickly and I was impressed by the customer service throughout letting me know when my order arrived, when it was finished and when it would be delivered. Ashes with Art obviously understand the emotion attached to the whole process of choosing a piece, ordering it, sending back the ashes and then receiving the piece of jewellery. They contacted me the day after my sons and I ordered necklaces to explain the whole process. Once we'd sent the ashes they called again to confirm that they'd been received safely. They then went through the order with us confirming the wording and dates etc. Our necklaces took about 2 weeks to make. We were then called to be told that they would be sent out on an overnight delivery. We received them the next morning and are absolutely chuffed with them. My sons ordered the Secrets round pendant memorial with ashes in Silver with a 24 inch chain and I ordered the same but with a Diamond. They are discreet and fantastic quality. In what has been a very difficult time for us it was refreshing to be so well looked after and very much appreciated.

M. R.My experience with this company exceeded my expectations. Apart from the fact the piece of jewellery I ordered is absolutely stunning, the level of care and customer service shown was fantastic. Throughout the process I was contacted and kept informed and updated on what was happening. As soon as I placed my order I received a call within an hour confirming this. I then received a call when the ashes I sent off had been received, and again another call when the jewellery was ready and a date that it would be delivered. I expected it to take at least 4-6 weeks to make but from start to finish, placing the order, waiting for a package to send the ashes, sending the ashes, making the jewellery and receiving it all back has taken only 3 weeks. So much care and consideration was shown and this was transferred into the actual packaging I received too. As you can see from the photos that extra bit of thought put into the order made it that little bit even more special than it already was to open it. The necklace is beautiful. It looks exactly like it did on the image on the website. It’s the perfect length and size and just so elegant.
