After looking in the window for a while I decided to go into F.Hinds for some advice. I was greeted by a friendly lady called Amanda who welcomed me and asked me what watch I was after. I suggested a few as I was unsure. Out of the four watches I selected she produced a Boluva watch I did not even notice. Wow, what an eye for style. It was exactly what I needed. Stylish, smart and automatic. I have been browsing online and made many mistakes trying to find a watch, F.Hinds with their knowledgeable staff made it easy. Left a very happy customer....

The staff were polite and helpful, we managed to get an appointment for today and then the care and explanations to myself and my 12 year were excellent. I really liked that my daughter felt confident and informed because the staff were kind and responded to her. We weren’t rushed and chose a really nice pair of earrings. I was in need of a ring for my wife and our silver wedding anniversary. I gave a rough brief of what I wanted and a price range. The sales lady was very professional and offered me a good selection of rings that she personally modelled. Because I needed the ring immediately, the problem of size might have been an issue. She suggested that I took the ring I had selected and presented it to my wife and then returned it for resizing if necessary. Superb service. The ring fitted and my wife was happy!

I qued to enter the shop as requested to adhere to the Covid distancing.My carer also wished to make a purchase. Whilst being attended to by a very helpful member of staff, my carer approached a second member of staff for assistance. The said member of staff acknowledged my carers enquiry & promptly invited the next customer through the door, ignoring my carer. Even when I reminded the said member of staff she was already dealing with my carer, she stared blankly at me & continued with the new customer. We were given a plausable explanation by my member of staff however, the rules could have been explained at the time of engagement with my carer rather than rudely ignored. I made my purchase but Hinds lost a sale due to the lack of customer service training with your Covid rules.
