Staff are always so incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. Once they know what you are looking for they give lots of suggestions and are so friendly. I went in to find a pair of earrings for my daughters friends 21st birthday and came away with the perfect gift (hopefully) and a different pair for myself. Some years ago on a canal trip in France I lost my signet ring (all except the stone). From a 20 year old photograph Trevor and his team recreated it to perfection. No task or request was too much and I was amazed by the level of skill and professionalism. The ring is now part of me again and I have VJG to thank. For any jewellery needs in the future there is only one place I eill be going. I suggest you do too. YOu will not be dissapointed!

(On behalf of Corrine) It took me nearly 11 years and my 30th Wedding Anniversary to finally get my 40 year old engagement ring (diamonds & aquamarine) repaired. Vicki the Jeweller suggested re-making the ring from 9ct gold into platinum and using the original gemstones the end result was absolutely stunning and I felt really emotional when I finally tried it on. Vicki is a very skilled jeweller, she assisted me every step of the way and was sensitive to what I wanted to achieve. She always gave me options and I always trusted her judgement. She never rushed me and gave me as much time as I needed in making any decisions. Vicki was also helping me with other pieces of family jewellery and she was always honest, went above and beyond and was always checking the best options for me. She is very trustworthy and her craftsmanship is stunning and gave me a real appreciation and insight into the stages of re-creating a piece of sentimental jewellery. Vicki is the best jeweller I have ever dealt with, thank you Vicki & VJG Jewellers!

Had two rings made bigger and was sooooo happy with the results. I didn't think it was going to be possible but Trevor is so clever and skilled. We live in Ardingly and went all the way to Worthing on recommendation. I wasn't going to leave my jewellery with just anyone and glad I made the journey. I needed my Palladium wedding ring resizing and after struggling to find anyone who would carry out the work I came across VJG Jewellery in Worthing. After reading all the lovely reviews previous customers had left I was happy to give them a try. I was looked after by Vicky who was very friendly and extremely helpful, she explained my options and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. I was delighted with the result upon collecting my ring as the repair was completely invisible and my ring looked brand new and the cost was lower than the initial estimate. I cannot praise Vicki at VJG Jewellery enough for her skill and professionalism in creating a bespoke rose gold pendant and chain with engraving and diamonds - a golden wedding anniversary present for my wife. I provided her with my thoughts for a design and she suggested minor amendments to allow for size, weight and chain length. Once the design was agreed Vicki sourced the materials, arranged for assay, engraving and stone setting and completed the task on time and under budget.... all with a smile.
