I don't often post a review but felt one was defiantly needed for Berry's and their staff. The manager Micheal and assistant manager Richard are truly an asset to both Berry's and the brand Patek Phillipe whom they represented during a recent watch purchase by myself. From customer service, to brand knowledge they were exceptional. As an extensive watch collector I can happily say I will not buy a watch from another shop or AD and will gladly call Berry's home from now.

I took my wife to the York branch today to purchase a high end designer watch, we were greeted by very friendly staff from opening the door until a deal was done. Michael White was extremely helpful, polite and professional, in fact, everyone that worked there were! I was making a considered purchase but they made my wife and I comfortable, offering us both drinks and making us feel welcome. We will do business with this company again.

My wife and I called at the Berry’s Omega boutique in York a few weeks ago during a shopping trip. The Berry’s team were very helpful, professional and courteous, making our watch buying a joyous experience. We tried on several models before making our choices and received a coffee whilst the watch bracelets were adjusted for our wrist sizes. When we visited the boutique a few days ago for some ‘fine tuning’ of the bracelets, we received the same professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend the Berry’s Omega boutique in York who gave us great customer service - Thank You Berry’s!

We visited #52 to purchase a watch for my son's 21st. We were shown a wide selection from their in-store range and the history of each brand was fully explained. We were served by Richard whose encyclopedic knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for watches in general made the visit an absolute joy. In this day and age it's a pleasure to receive such professional service and sowed the seeds for future visits.

Recently we purchased matching Cartier watches from Berry's Stonegate, York. Michael (White) made us very welcome. The service was excellent, professional and informative but very relaxed as well. Thank you to all at Berry's and especially Michael. Steve and Lisa

Best in York - Excellent and welcoming service. Friendly and professional staff. I took my favourite Tiffany’s necklace to Berry’s because it had a huge series of knots, I had been to the rest of the Jewellers in the area and they had all told me they didn’t have the time or staff to help me so I was ready to give up. However Luka, a sales adviser at Berry’s, spent 1 hour expertly untangling my necklace. This necklace is so meaningful to me and I will be forever grateful for Luka’s patience and professionalism. As opposed to other shops, they care about the meaning we give to jewellery, it’s not only about making sales for them. Will definitely come back for all my jewellery needs and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Brilliant staff. My partner is a watch fanatic, and the staff here actually knew what they were talking about. We have visited many a shop where staff do not know key details of products so this sets this shop above others. They were not pushy, and the member of staff who dealt with us allowed us time to discuss the purchase and consider without listening over us and pushing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provides an excellent, covid safe service. They explained all watched tried on are cleaned after, provided plenty of sanitiser, and wore gloves when handling items we were looking at. Item was boxed beautifully, and it was an enjoyable experience. Thanks to the staff for their help and professionalism.
