Recently bought an engagement ring at Bradley’s and had an excellent experience. Mike learned about my fiancées preferences for a ring and how we were struggling to find the right one. He took this information, worked on a few templates which he later showed me, and let me choose one allowing for customisation. All of this for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, thanks to Mike and the Bradley’s team for all their help – she loves the ring!

Visited Bradley's Jewellers on Friday 9 September. I called for advice on two rings previously sized by another jeweller which I wasn't happy with. After reading the previous reviews about Bradley's we decided to visit Huntriss Row shop in Scarborough. My husband and I were greeted by Stewart. Firstly his customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and the time he spent with us was not rushed. After much discussion it was mutually decided to leave my rings for further alteration. On the way out I noticed a beautiful eternity ring that I persuaded my husband to buy for me. A win all round I think 🤔. Thank you Stewart. Excellent service.

My husband and I were visiting York today looking for an eternity ring. We had already visited several jewellery shops in the surrounding areas. Nothing was quite right. We came across Bradleys and from the moment we stepped inside the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The advice and expertise was invaluable and finally we settled on the most gorgeously perfect ring, an ideal match for my engagement ring, so perfect in fact it could have been mistaken for a complete set. I would most definitely recommend this Jewellers. The customer service I have received has been absolutely amazing. I purchased a beautiful ring but unfortunately the stone fell out ( very very rare for this to happen ) but the shop has communicated with me every step of the way and has given me a full refund. ( I was offered a replacement and they even offered to set the stone in a pendant but Kelly totally understood that it was that particular gem I fell in love with and wanted it as a ring) I will absolutely return to the shop the next time I’m in York and would have no hesitation to purchase more jewellery in the future. We had the most wonderful experience yesterday from start to end at Bradley’s on Stonegate with Michael (Mike). He made us feel so welcome and he has incredible knowledge about jewellery, his skills and expertise made our decision so much easier. I was able to try quite a few rings and felt Mike went out of his way to understand what we were looking for. We went ahead though and ordered my stunning rings for now, whilst we will certainly return for my partners wedding band as the service we had was outstanding. We also felt assured about the service afterwards as Mike explained he will go over everything that we need to know, and that we can return to the shop as needed in the future. Thank you to Lynne too who was in the shop and made us feel so welcome, and we hope she has a lovely wedding in two weeks, and to their other colleague who gave us some lovely drinks to enjoy whilst we were there for our appointment. Thank you to Damien, Lynne and Michael for an exceptional ring-buying experience. We got an engagement ring and our wedding rings here. One wedding ring was bespoke and the end result was fantastic. The other wedding ring was made as a sample design in silver to view before being made in platinum. They were knowledgeable and patient, and always gave us a very warm welcome on each visit. Bradley’s Of York provide such excellent customer service, we were given great advice and plenty of time to choose the engagement ring and weddings rings that were right for us. I also had my grandmas diamond pendant that needed a chain, we were advised about different chain options, and after choosing a chain, the pendant was sent to the workshop to be attached free of charge. Bradleys of York is a family run business. I like to shop with the independents. My exceptions were high but i didn't;t realise how high they are. We were looking for something for our Pearl Anniversary and the attention from both guy's was fabulous - nothing was too much trouble. Bradley's of York provide the most wonderful shopping experience if you're looking for a special item to celebrate a special occasion. Last year my husband & I combed York to find something special to celebrate the end of my 35 yr career in the NHS. I found the most beautiful aquamarine ring in the window of Bradley's on Stonegate (not to be confused with the Bradley's on Low Petergate) and I asked to try it on. Bradley's is a family run affair & the most disarmingly lovely chap asked us to step inside so we could consider our purchase. There is an amazing choice of the most lovely jewellry & I would be surprised if you didn't find exactly what you were looking for no matter the occasion. Fast forward one year & I made the decision to call in to see if we could have the ring sized as I am finding it's a tad too big in the winter & I worry I might lose it. As if it was yesterday, we were greeted by the same lovely chap who remembered selling us the ring with unbelievable detail & without a bill has agreed to arrange a sizing. This is service above & beyond our everyday expectations & I would urge anyone looking for a memorable experience to beat a path to Bradley's door, in the words of Tina Turner, they are 'simply the best'.
