Highly recommend. I dropped by to browse after recommendation from my mum and walked away without buying. Went to my hospital appointment think in about a particular crystal piece I had seen and decided to message them on Facebook to see how much it was. Received a response very quickly and I'm now returning in the morning to buy it 😂. They were beyond lovely in their messages and just wonderful to deal with - highly recommend and wish I could give more stars.

I wish I could give six stars. The shop is amazing, with each wall being filled with something different. A whole wall of crystals that doesn't seem to end, and an extensive selection of tarot and oracle, not to mention everything else from essential oils and incense to jewelry and pendulums. On top of that, the staff are so sweet and helpful. A MUST VISIT SHOP!

I love this shop. I love the lady who runs it, she is so genuine, down to earth, centred and she was a joy to connect with. I called in (twice) with my daughter to buy crystals and cards and I will return here on my next visit to York. Honestly the best and most welcoming shop of its kind I've ever been in.

I ordered online from The Zentist and my order was carefully packed, with each sample in its own bag with a card inside with a description of the stone/crystal. The order arrived quickly and the items were all good quality. I am very impressed with this store and will be using them again.

As a neurodivergent person I found the shop a little overwhelming at first. The smell of incense really hit my brain the moment I stepped inside, but it got better with time. Really cute shop, helpful staff.

Let me start of by saying that I was only in York for a photography trip with my school and have been looking for crystal shops for a while, but couldn't find any near where I live. So I thought hey lets check this shop out. I don't regret it as they provided great customer service and were very helpful and patient. I ended up getting a Carnelian and Rose Quartz but I will go back whenever i'm next in York

Visiting The Zentist is such a wonderful experience, the owners are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to give you a bespoke experience. Having gone to the shop in york I then later placed an order with them, not only did it arrive super quick but was lovingly hand picked and packed. A truly unique and tranquil place, could not recommend enough.

My new favourite shop! Run by a lovely couple both with vast knowledge. I’m new to crystals but I’ve been back 3 times in as many weeks. Could easily spend hours and ££££s in here! It’s only a small shop but they have hundreds of beautiful crystals, amongst many other lovely things. I’d highly recommend a visit, if only for a browse and a natter! Always leave on a high :-)

Lovely shop run by lovely people. A huge variety of crystals in all shapes and sizes from tumbled to raw. Genuine pieces at reasonable prices. Shame I don't live closer! Good for my bank account that I don't!

This shop is amazing the owners are so friendly and very knowledgeable, the crystals are top quality. There is a whole range of amazing crystals to choose from, highly recommend a visit. Nan the Metatronic healer is absolutely lovely and it's the most powerful healing I've ever experienced.

An excellent shop with excellent people. There is a vast collection of very beautiful crystals with very reasonable prices for the quality that is present. There is also a large selection of jewelry, books and accessories (especially occult/spiritual). If you're near or far, this is an excellent shop to pop in for an hour or two.
