The staff Jake and Ollie were really kind and offered great advice and help when I was buying a new necklace chain. I loved finding out about Whitby Jet and will be back soon- hope to visit the Whitby shop asap!

We quickly realised it needed resizing & Zara handled this quick & easy for us, with no extra charge.
Then recently the stone came loose (through damage at work), I got in touch & Zara confirmed they could repair it. We returned the ring & stone, to get the ring repaired & back with us in a couple of weeks. Again at no extra charge.
Thank you very much for making a very happy lady in my life & we will certainly be back.

I can't recommend this store highly enough and I will certainly return in the future. If you are looking for quality unique jewellery this is the place for you. Plus I was allowed to take our little dog in the store, which is more than I can say for the miserable, stuck-up staff at Pandora in York . Pandora is certainly one to avoid
