I needed a ring repairing urgently as it was of great sentimental value to a lady who isn't very well, and not only did these jewellers accept the ring after closing time, but they repaired it to immaculate condition for a very reasonable price very quickly. We are so grateful that the ring was able to be returned to its owner as good as new, and really felt we were given a personal outstanding service. Would definitely recommend for repairs and a bespoke personal touch to jewellery

Mandy and her team at Werk really pulled it out of the bag for our family right in the midst of covid. We initially spoke on the phone and communicated via email and they managed to design the most beautiful gold kingfisher charm and necklace from my father to my mother for their 50th wedding anniversary. Her vision and flare made a special gift amazing. Werk was the only jewellers out of more than a dozen that we spoke to that could offer such a personal service, with a budget to work to and delivered well within our timescale. We couldn't have asked for better and will recommend Werk at every opportunity.

Werk have been incredible for our wedding rings. We both didn’t know what we wanted but we knew we wanted something different. Werk were fantastic in helping us get the perfect rings, they were both made really quickly and they’ve also been brilliant in us getting them resized- thank-you!

My Fianceé and I had our engagement ring resized and re-structured here. They did an amazing job. They have even looked after the ring when we’ve had any additional questions and touch ups. My fiancée and I have also had our other jewelry polished here as well and the final result was absolutely astounding. Looked better than when we first purchased our jewelry. Worked with Mandy to create an engagement ring. Had no idea of what I wanted except not what was in every other jewellery shop. Spent time talking through what I didn't want and Mandy came up with 3/4 choices, really difficult to choose as all lovely but finally ended up with the perfect one. Werk do definately deserve more than 5 stars, I absolutely agree with Kim! The service I have had since I first discovered them has been absolutely amazing. They transformed my diamond ring into such a wonderful piece and suggested a matching band too - I just adore wearing them & feel very lucky to have had their expertise. Not only that, they check & polish them for me annually at no extra cost. I have had various pieces repaired & re rhodium plated & wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely personable service. Spent time and effort working up some bespoke lovely engagement ring proposals without any pressure/obligation to buy. Great location to right in the middle of town but not overpriced as such. Would highly recommend!
