Kids@BT9 is a fantastic nursery. Both our children are thoroughly enjoying their time spent there. They both enjoy a range of stimulating, carefully planned activities every day. Outside agencies such as Jo Jingles visit the nursery regularly to add to the range of dynamic activities available. The children's work is proudly displayed throughout all rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They are very willing to work with Health Professionals from outside agencies to help support my child's specific learning needs. They have gone 'the extra mile' to ensure that any specific requirements to both my children are met. The nursery is bright, warm, and welcoming. The children are provided with healthy tasty meals every day. We both feel confident leaving our children with such professional, motivated staff.

We have been sending our little girl to Kids@BT9 since 9 months old and she has gone through nearly all the rooms (currently in jr pre-school). She is always excited to go to nursery in the morning and most evenings she doesn't want to leave! Kids@BT9 was recommended by a friend and after visiting it I knew that the other nurseries I had been to see just weren't for me (or her). The nursery is a fantastic space, with excellent, friendly staff in each room helping the kids develop for the next big move. The out door areas are large, inviting and safe for the kids to run around and the staff bring them out at every available opportunity as the weather permits. Kids@BT9 provide great parking for dropping off and picking up so that you don't have to run the perils of abandoning your car randomly on the road and it's safer for the kids getting into the car. Both Jill and her management and all the staff that work in each of the nursery rooms seem to love what they do and it shows in the care they take with the kids, the hello's that you get each morning and even at the end of a long day how they still seem to be smiling when they do the handovers. The kids are also well fed, with breakfast, lunch and two snacks through out the day, all made on site. As well as all of the above they also, on occasion, have external companies like Jo Jingles come in to do singing and music with the kids, this has always been a highlight for my little girl. As a first time mum the thought that my little girl was going to be in excellent safe hands and well looked after made going back to work much less stressful. Kids@BT9 is a fantastic nursery, the building layouts have been well thought out, the staff can't do enough for the kids and for most it doesn't seem like just a job, the really do care. I couldn't be happier with my experience of Kids@BT9 and I'm sure my daughter feels exactly the same!

Great nursery! My little boy absolutely loves going there and chats about all his friends and the girls who work there when he comes home. Girls all very attentive and they all know each and every child there. They are hard-working and good to the children. Rooms are well equipped and the children and entertained with a range of activities every day. The outside space if fantastic and the children are put outside at every available opportunity. the meals are healthy and a range of food is provided. I am extremely happy with the place and would recommend it to all and everyone. Jill the manager knows all the children and their parents and is very accommodating when other relatives come to pick my son up. There is good security as everyone has to be buzzed into the place and anyone other than the parents picking up children have to show ID and the nursery has to be informed beforehand. Thank you for taking good care of my little boy!

Kids@BT9 is a well managed, friendly and welcoming day nursery. The staff do an excellent job and genuinely care about the welfare of the children they look after - nothing is too much trouble! Interesting and engaging activities are planned relating to a particular monthly topic or theme and are pitched at an appropriate level depending on the age range. The children also get the opportunity to experience 'messy play' with water, sand, paints, crafts etc. and outdoor play is encouraged whenever possible. Music is a popular pastime too with Joe Jingles coming in to run workshops and singing songs being a daily occurrence. The Junior Preschoolers and Preschoolers learn Spanish with two members of staff who are native speakers and this has been a great success. Meals are varied and healthy with good quality meat being bought in from the local butcher and everything being cooked on site. I honestly couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 highly enough. As a parent you only want what is best for your child and this safe, caring and homely environment really does offer the best quality of care.

Kids @ BT9 is a well managed nursery with friendly and caring staff. Rooms are well equipped, and each room has its own assigned outdoor play area. Meals are well varied and prepared fresh on site. Child development is very much a key focus, and the children have fun filled activities like art and baking, occasional dress up days and also get the opportunity to learn Spanish once they reach the junior pre-school.

Kids@BT9 is a wonderful nursery. It was highly recommended by a friend and our two year old has been going since he was seven months old. It is a warm and caring environment with professional and kind staff. It is reassuring to see how well he is looked after and it is wonderful to see how happy and excited he is to run through the nursery gates each morning. He loves going and sometimes doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! The location is perfect and has safe off road parking for drop off and collection. All of the meals are freshly prepared on site each day. He is constantly learning new things and we are extremely happy with his social and emotional development. We couldn’t be happier with Kids@BT9.

Our two year old son has attended this nursery since he was 10 months old and loves it. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs when we first started and this made the world of difference when my wife returned to work. Our son settled quickly and has great fun - he takes a two hour nap every day and loves the food. Both things which he wouldn't even consider when he's at home! We love the nursery so much that registered our daughter for a place before she was born. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming; this is evident in how happy the children are. The nursery does indeed have a lovely homely feel - that was a big deciding factor for us when we first visited. The rooms are also bright, clean, modern and warm - all things which helped set this nursery head and shoulders above the other choices we first considered.

All Three of our children have attended Kids at BT9 . I would highly recommend the nursery to any parent. All the staff have been fantastic and have provided excellent care for our kids. The nursery is brilliantly managed by the effervescent Jill. There are a wide range of activities and the food is varied and wholesome. Kids@BT9 is absolutely fantastic, our son has loved it from day 1 - from starting in the Babies room, onto Wobblers and now in Tweenies. The staff are brilliant and always take the time to stop and say hello - even the girls who haven't been looking after our son for some time now. He loves the food and the range of activities the children get to try is also brilliant! We would highly recommend Kids@BT9 to all parents.

My little boy has gone to Kids at BT9 since he was nine months. We love it and more importantly he adores his time there. The most important thing for me was to find a place with kind, professional staff who really loved what they do. Kids at BT9 completely fits the bill. The rooms are great, the staff are amazing, the activities are structured appropriately and Jill and her management team set a high standard. My little boy is in the pre-school now and is thriving. Today he corrected me that the sun is a star not a planet! Choosing a place to look after your precious little person is very daunting. We loved Kids at Bt9 the minute we walked in the door and are very pleased to say we haven't looked back.

After visiting many different nurseries, I chose to put both my kids into Kids at BT9 (at different times). I found the staff very welcoming and accommodating. This is a fantastic setting. Our daughter has been looked after here since she was 6 months old and has been through all the rooms. Throughout, she has been looked after and helped to develop brilliantly by the great staff. The kids are very well fed!! The kids are brought outside at every opportunity and other experiences like Jo Jingles and Cinemagic seem to ensure a wide and varied day. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Fantastic homely nursery and preschool with a fun and energetic atmosphere. Excellent and tallented staff, healthy and taisty lunches/snacks and excellent activities (Joe jingles, visits from animals and emergancy services ect.) all run by the nursery manager Jill and her deputies Kerry and Katie who are very approachable and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place and people to look after my girls.

This is the best nursery I sent my child to, she has learnt alot and has grown soo much in the nursery, has really helped to build her confidence, loves playing with other baby's. All the food is cooked fresh every day and all the staff are lovely! Couldn't ask for a better place for my child.
