Very caring staff and lots of activities, setting is quite small but plenty going on and they still manage outdoor play every afternoon. Only one star dropped as they took a long time to sort out my child’s learning journal meaning I didn’t get any feedback on his activities for the first four months, but this seems to have been sorted now. The new manager Kirsty seems to be quite efficient. Would happily send my second child here if we weren’t moving out of the area.

My nephew first started off at 5 star day nursery when they first established then soon after my other nephews and niece joined. I had the pleasure of also sending my own daughter there for almost 2years which went by so quickly as she has recently graduated. The staff there are amazing and the new manager Kirsty is really friendly and easy to approach. The nursery truly feels like a home away from home environment and I'd recommend anyone with kids to look into the nursery and book in for a show around.

My son started here before his 1st birthday and has just left ready for school aged 4 1/2. It has been a lovley journey and my son has enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are brilliant and the managment to date are awsome. I have also noticed a huge difference over the past year with the presant manager taking over and i believe its on onwards and upwards shes really good with the children and my son loves her. I will always highley recomend 5star day nursery to anyone unsure about where to send their children. He was safe and loved and he is now fully prepared for his new journey of starting school thanks to 5 star

Excellent nursery. It is really has a child centred approach. The manager named Hayley is amazing. Undoubtedly one of the best nursery in Birmingham.

One of the better nurseries around. Thou this is based on 2 years ago. The ownership has since changed and the staff have changed too. Worth checking it out for the facilities
