Our son has been so happy at Foundations for the last three years. He loves going in every day. The friendly, caring staff do a great job of engaging the children with a wide variety of fun, creative activities to support their development. Communication with parents is excellent. It is very conveniently located near Selly Oak station for commuting into town.

My son has been going to Foundations since he was 9 months old, the staff are absolutely brilliant my son has come on in leaps and bounds since he started. The activities they do are excellent and they always keep you updated on your childs progress. I highly recommend foundations nursery nothing is ever too much trouble for them when it comes to the care of your child.

A really fantastic nursery! The staff are lovely and knowledgeable. My two children attended this nursery from 10 months until they went to school. My younger one just started school in September 2020. All through the last 6 years (with my first and second), we have received excellent service and care. I always knew that they were in safe hands. If you are looking for a nursery for your children, this is the place to be.

My eldest son started at foundations when he was 9 months old and left at 4 years of age for school. He absolutely loved every minute here and the staff was amazing. He learnt so much within his time here and gained so many skills. He progressed in every area of his development and was more than ready for school by the time he left. My second son has now started in the baby unit and also loves it. He can't wait to get in and never wants to leave. The care and love the children receive is outstanding and would highly recommend this nursery to all children of all ages.

Amazing nursery and excellent staff team. My oldest child attended the preschool and we could not have been happier with the service we received. It has such a welcome and friendly atmosphere and as a parent leaving my child for the first time with people I didn't know, I was obviously apprehensive, but the staff were so understanding and reassuring and in a short time it felt like home and my son has lots of fond memories of his time there.

My 3 year old and my 1 year old both attend Foundations and they both absolutely love it. Both have made some lovely friends and the staff are all so friendly. They’ve also been very supportive when my daughter has had some anxiety around moving rooms. I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough

I've been meaning to write a review of this place for a while now. Our daughter has been there two years and I couldn't recommend the place more highly. All the staff, whether room staff, management, cooks, cleaners, are brilliant. It's good value (as nurseries go... it's still going to hurt to pay for it!), they eat loads of varied, proper home-cooked food, they always try and play outside whatever the weather if possible, and there are load of different toys and activities the kids get involved with. Our kid has learned loads here, and now they're being brilliant helping with toilet training too. Even during Covid times everyone has been great. Some things have obviously had to change but they've tried to keep things as normal as possible for the little ones. A big thanks to everyone there.

My son attended foundations from 8 months old right up until he went to reception at school and I wouldn't of had him anywhere else. The staff go above and beyond to to meet the needs of every individual child and I always found him to be happy and enjoyed attending foundations. When my son reached the pre-school room he was diagnosed with Autism, the staff and SENCO team were very supportive both to us as a family and my son individually and with their help he was able to attend a mainstream school and is now doing great!! I will be forver grateful to the foundations team for giving my son a great 1st start at life.

Both my girls attend foundations 1 in baby's and 1 in pre school both started from 8months and the care they are given here is amazing and outstanding, as a mother it's so hard leaving them for the first time but the reassurance I got from the staff made it so much easier to leave them, both girls absolutely love being here and both have learnt so much and is still learning from being here, I couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. I would recommend this nursery to any parent who is looking for a loving and safe place to put there children.

I can not recommend Foundations Day Nursery enough. All the staff are amazing, the management team are lovely. The nursery has a real family feel. Our children have always been very happy here, we have never had tears at drop off. At pick up we see them enjoying themselves before they realise we're there and we can tell how much they enjoy it. The staff build amazing bonds with the children and genuinely care about their development and well being. I honestly can't think of a bad word to say!
