We have had an amazing experience with both our daughters at Norfolk House Nursery. Our eldest is 9 and was there from a baby till she went to primary school and our youngest is 2 and is in the toddler room and is really enjoying herself. The staff are all really kind and caring and go out of their way for the children. The food is all freshly cooked with a varied menu. At parents evening we even got to sample some of the dishes and noted how healthy and tasty they were. They really encourage the children to develop their potential, giving them so much opportunity for art and crafts, singing and for physical and social development. They have been brilliant encouraging my little one with toilet training.

I have been working at the nursery since 2015 and it is by far the best nursery I have worked in. The resources, equipment and environment are stimulating and purposeful to ensure the children are having fun but most importantly learning at the same time. The children are at the centre of every decision made within the nursery and staff are encouraged and supported to provide the highest quality of care to ensure the best start in life for the children. The team are all passionate about working with the children and are provided with appropriate training to ensure they can support individual child development across all ages. Overall this is a fantastic nursery for the children and staff!

I have worked at the nursery from 2015 -2020 i must say this is one of the best nursery i have worked for, it is a great place for the children, loved how everything was about the children for their welfare and develop the whole nursery team were great and amazing to work with, nursery provided great resources for the children meeting all their needs , children are encouraged to be independent and develop with the support of their key workers, their is good communications between staff, children and parents. Fresh cooked food is made on site for the children daily meeting all children requirement .I have learnt so much while working at norfolk with all the necessary training and support provided. My son had also attended the nursery for a few months he really enjoyed being in babies 1 he was looked after really well staff would support him in every way. I highly recommend this nursery for children to attend and anyone who wants to be part of the team.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since April 2019. I have always been very happy with the level of care she receives. The staff are wonderful, they genuinely care about all the children. The nursery has a very kind and gentle feel to it. The indoor/outdoor facilities are great. Plenty of space for the children to run around and explore, which is a change from the usual tiny private nurseries. I would highly recommend Norfolk House.

My son loves going to the nursery, staff are really friendly. 1st day, he came back home with a smile and ever since then he goes happily to the nursery. I love that they keep you updated on baby's progress every day and what food he eats, the staff helped a lot during the weaning process. Always have various activities on during the week.

We now have both our children at this nursery, the eldest has been there for nearly 3 years now. They have both settled in wonderfully. The staff are wonderfully caring. The calendar is well thought out, and there are plenty of extra curricular activities. The food seems healthy, varied and enjoyed by the children. If there are problems then staff are quick to try and fix them. We are really happy we chose this nursery for our children.

Fantastic nursery that offers long hours for a reasonable price. My child absolutely loves attending an d the nursery nurses are always on hand to help me in whatever way they can. Daily feedback on your child's feedback makes you feel included and up-to-date with their development. Cannot recommend enough.

Since my son joined in July the staff and management have been amazing and have helped him settle into Nursery seamlessly. He's had his up's and down's and staff have been amazing with making him feel comfortable. I cannot fault anyone in the whole nursery for how they are with all of us. His development since joining has come on leaps and bounds and he is so happy being there! Really cannot recommend this Nursery enough!

Really friendly and kind staff- my little girl took a while to settle in but the girls in babies 1 and 2 tried endless things to make sure she was ok. They are also very good at recognising when something is wrong or when she was ill which is really reassuring. My daughter loves going every morning now and gladly waves goodbye to us! There are lots of lovely activities and we get lots of great artwork to put on the fridge too!

Communication is great, and the team are enthusiastic. Our kid loves being there, and she's looked after well. Longer opening hours are a real benefit. She comes home with great art and baking projects for us as well!

The Staff members are very friendly and have the right skills knowledge and qualifications in childcare they all work very hard to keep the children happy and safe. The Nursery provides delicious food for the children and provides amaizing resources for planning activities and also the Nursery is dotated with a spacious garden with good equipment. I highly recommend Norfolk House Nursery, Harborne Road.
