F.Best decision I every made sending my little girl to Russell nursery... she has been going to this nursery For over 1 year and she has developed into a bright little girl, she has become independent and has her own personality, she comes home everyday learning something new at nursery. The staff at the nursery are brilliant. I can’t fault the staff they are friendly, they work so hard, they give me daily reports... and the most important thing is my daughter enjoys going to nursery. 😊
C. B.Cant recommend this nursery enough. My little boy loves it here, has only been a month and has already developed lovely bonds with the staff. They are very receptive to parental imput and always give me a report of how he has been and what he has done. So much better than his last nursery. Well done ladies keep up the amazing work.
A. ..Great job on bringing back a strong member of staff, I would rather her be back in Little School where a strong member of staff is needed! Not happy with certain members of staff’s attitude. Staff watch you press the bell and do not get up to let you in. No communication between staff. You get a different story from each. My child has made no progress with numbers nor colours despite going over them at home. There is no point running a nursery if you do not help support learning. Not up to the parents alone. I try to avoid signing out with certain rude and gobby members of staff. Perhaps staff are not aware of who the manager is, considering 2 other members of staff think they run the place. If it was not for the ease of getting to the nursery, I would have taken my child out a long time ago!
