I can't recommend this agency more. I've been registered with them for a while and although I've not found a position yet, I can honestly say that Moira is one of the loveliest people out there. She is by far the best agency I'm registered with, I hear from her more and it's great to be on the mailing list and not have to chase what jobs are available or what has happened after an interview has taken place. I've found with other agency's I'm registered with that after a while they seem to get bored or just forget you, which is not the case with this agency. Fulham Nannies are a brilliant agency, who I have used a few times when looking for a nanny job. Moira works incredibly hard to ensure the best family/nanny matches are made.As I have been in childcare for 30 years,I have been to many other agencies who sit back and expect you to check their websites rather than contact you when a possible job comes in, but Moira actively ensures you are kept in the picture by sending out weekly job lists and keeping you informed if she thinks a position would suit you . Hello, I met Moira 2 years ago, I didn't have yet a huge experience as a nanny, but I had a teaching degree, really good references from previous families and a big passion for kids that Moira saw on me. She helped me a lot, even giving me advices after her working shifts about things I couldn't understand with a nanny share contract, she did this without interest at all as I wasn't employee by one of her families, she did it just to help me when I was a bit lost in that nanny share world, because of that, I respect her a lot, it says a lot about the good person she is and how much she cares about nannies (as she once was one of us) When I was about to finish my nanny share position I contacted her straight away as I know how much she helped me in the past and of course my new position had to be with her. Right now I am working with a family I met through her agency and I will always be greatful to Moira because I feel I have the best family ever thanks of her. Moira's service was excellent, and exceeded some of the largest and most commonly known London agencies that we also used. A unique agency. I've registered in the past with other nanny agencies, but this one is at the top of the personalized approach, with a very fair and consistent attitude toward the applicants. They provide constant updates on my personal e-mail. Honestly, I was surprised by this manner of their work, it took me awhile to get used to the fact that they actually keep in touch with me. The applicants are not just some numbers or a database in their computer systems but are treated really as human beings.
