I have worked through Harmony at Home in 3 positions in the past 9 months and have been delighted with all 3 families they matched me with to the extent I have stayed in touch with all of them. I have found both Zoe and Fiona to be very professional, friendly and always available for a chat and keeping me up to date through the process of being in touch with the client, arranging the interview and after checking in to see how the job is going. The service from Harmony at Home is first class. Allie spent a good amount of time understanding our requirements and then interviewed personally a wide range of nannies to put forward ones she thought would work in our family. I found all the people she endorsed to be of a high standard and we are exceptionally happy with the person we have chosen. Allie was on hand throughout the hiring process and has been really responsive at all times of the day and week around my long working hours too. She has helped on contracts too and making sure everything is smooth to the final start date point. Would totally recommend.

We had such a positive experience both from the service of the agency as well as the quality of the nanny that it completely changed our approach to childcare! Allie, our contact at the agency, was extremely responsive, considerate and super helpful. Such a professional approach and with a very successful end solution. In the beginning we needed emergency care for our little girl for a few days as she was too weak to attend nursery due to recent illness and we ended up keeping the nanny that was provided for a couple of weeks as our little girl had to stay home longer than expected and we were so happy with the nanny! Strongly recommend them!

Allie is amazing, fantastic at her job and as a person! She helped me find my last job. She was very helpful, I didn't feel like I was dealing with an agency, I felt like I was dealing with a great, warm person who was supporting me all the time. Allie did a great job in providing two nannies to look after some guest's children at our wedding, as well as our own son. The candidates she put forward were excellent and she also organised visits so we could meet the nannies first. This was invaluable as it was the first time we'd be leaving our son with a non-family member. When one of the nannies could no longer take the job due to unforseen circumstances, Allie moved quickly to provide a suitable alternative who was available. Would definitely recommend this service.
