Great place, nice, tidy and clean. It’s suitable for little kids.
Very good cafe with big and cozy lounge where you can have a nice time with refreshments and interactive table with variety of games.

I was so impressed with this place, it was absolutely spotless and not because of a lack of children. It was packed on my visit, and although it's not the biggest soft play centre I have been to, its definitely the cleanest. They have a wide variety of food to choose from, including a healthy menu which has some great options. The overall quality of the menu and cleanliness of this establishment is better than any other soft play I've visited before and the staff were lovely. They also have interactive tables with a variety of things to do from playing games to group activities. It was a really pleasant visit and I will being going back. Highly recommended.

I write this whilst inside the venue. Queueing in the rain wasn't fun, which ate into our playtime. The process could be far more efficient, but just isn’t. On a hygiene note, there are lots of adults in the soft play climbing frames with their outdoor shoes on!! Staff are just standing around looking outwards at the tables whilst they really should be facing the climbing frame ensuring safety/hygiene etc.. One lady was very good cleaning the tables and she was the highlight tbh.

Mixed feelings about this soft play. Going in was chaotic to say the least. 15 minutes waiting in the rain to go in. Although staff were super friendly and they were doing their best to let people in, it still took them a very long time. There are lockers to store shoes, bags, etc but they need to be paid at the reception, which is full by the time they let you in, so you are left trying to fund a table (they were all full). They close at 1:30 but do not accept any orders for hot food at 1:00…so I was left with a hungry toddler.
The space is super clean and bright. And the soft play area is great for kids.
Overall I would recommend parents come during the week, in the morning session if they want to avoid headaches.

Booked my sons 7th birthday here - the whole process of booking through to hosting was managed efficiently. They were extremely flexible and all my extra requests were talked through and agreed on. We had 28 children attend and they had a great time, doing all the different activities on offer. The party food was good quality (although my only issue is that the size of the single pizza slice that comes as part of the party package wasn't enough, so I'm glad we had ordered extra platters of chicken nuggets to supplement otherwise we would've had hungry children to deal with!)
The place is clean and hygienic and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as a party venue for kids under 8/9 :-)

It's great for kids. Huge soft play area, smaller soft play for little ones, cinema, small football area, separated party rooms, and a cafe. Lockers are quite small and cost £1, but you have to ask for a key at check-in before entering. Overall pretty good value.

My two year old loves coming here. The centre has everything you need to entertain both child and parent for a morning or afternoon. Each entry allows 2 hours in the centre.
The centre has the main jungle gym and a separate smaller version for younger children. There is also a separate (usually quieter) play room with building blocks and other sensory toys. Finally there is also a small football pitch with foam balls and a VR centre which costs a bit extra to use.
There is a cafe serving drinks, snacks and some more substantial meals and there are plenty of high chairs. The tables are also interactive with games and activities as well as allowing you to order direct from your table.
The centre gets busy at weekends but nowhere near as busy as some other places I have been too and it is clean and spacious. There are lockers available and a buggy park by the front desk. Shoe covers are provided and the staff are very helpful.
They do close the centre briefly for a clean at lunchtime so make sure to time your visit well otherwise you may end up only being able to utilise an hour of the two hour ticket. And your child will want to stay for the whole two hours.
My only criticism would be I wish they had some healthier options for the kids at the cafe. There are some bowls of granola and sandwiches but the kids main menu consists of pizza, nuggets and chips.
All in all though all of the family love it here and the worst part is having to convince my son it is time to go home!

We regularly come here and it’s one of our favourite place to bring the kids. Staff are very friendly, there are lots of activities for the kids and the place is very clean.
They also have chess classes which my son really enjoys. Highly recommend to everyone with little ones.

Lovely place- my 4 year old and one year old love coming here and so often this is the only place in Ealing that let's my children burn their energy and have fun- I have just purchased a membership as it definitely is a place we want to go to often. It's extremely clean and they have lovely food. They are a bit pricey but it's good value for money. Oh and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
