Couldn’t recommend MyTamarin highly enough, especially my experience with Fran. The process is made simple and clear, especially considering this is the first time we’ve hired a nanny. We came to Fran in pretty desperate circumstances needing an immediate, temp nanny for our daughter and Fran delivered first profiles the same day. Fantastic service that really takes all the hassle out of the nanny search. Our account manager, Ellen, prepared everything for us and we had 4 matching nannies in no time - all of them already reviewed but the MyTamarin team. Communication with the nannies was easy and Ellen was super responsive along the way. Contract and direct debit were set up quickly so that a nanny I only interviewed on Saturday could start with us on Monday afternoon. Couldn’t have been a better experience and I will recommend them to my friends. Fees are also more than fair given how much value they’re adding.

I highly recommend myTamarin, thanks to it we’ve found a great nanny who is exactly the person we were looking for. The app is extremely user friendly and you can go through the CVs of all the nannies on their database filtering based on the criteria you are looking for (e.g. languages, how far they live from your house...). In addition we were in contact with one of myTamarin consultants who was super nice and very helpful. Even after hiring the nanny, she contacted me to make sure we were happy with the nanny. I used “classic” agencies in the past but always had very bad experience. myTamarin is definitely the app to use if you are looking for your next nanny!!!

We had a weeks consultancy in June 2020 with the brilliant Dawn Tame who helped us get our 6 month old from being fed to sleep and sleeping anywhere from 45mins - 2hours (if we were lucky) to being able to go to sleep himself for 4-5 hour stretches. She also gave us advice for any future issues that might come up. We recently had an hours session with her after a particulary bad teething patch which we had resorted to old habits, but she set us back on track and he quickly got back to being really good sleeper and sleeping through the night again. We'd highly recommend myTamarin, it really did make such a difference to our life and we got our evenings back again.

This is the best agency that I found in London when looking for a nanny for my 11 month old. I love that they have an online platform - such a brilliant idea! They have a chat with you when you register to help you navigate through the platform and preselect candidates based on your preferences. You then find the preselected candidates on your page with their bios, comments etc. Regarding customer service: they are very responsive and attentive - much more than any other agency I dealt with (especially the Littleones 👎🏻). Overall the online platform makes everything so much easier but you also benefit from the traditional agency expertise when choosing the best care for your child. I highly recommend it!
