W.Our son has been going here for 2 years and loves it - the staff are lovely, kind and considerate to childrens interests, sculpting activities that engage them on a personal and individual level as well as encouraging group interaction. The staff are friendly and consistent, and our son eats well and naps well at nursery. He’s thriving in the setting and we’d highly recommend.

The staff and management were very friendly and helpful from the beginning all the way through to end of my child's journey at New Birth. I managed to create good relationships with the team also. In addition to this, when my child first started, he was receiving government funding and the manager was very helpful guiding me through the process. With having only being in the country for a few years, they were very understanding of my situation at the time and did manage to help me give my child the best!
In regards to previous comments about this setting, I can completely disagree. I was a funded parent, of a different ethnic background and not being fluent in English! And I can say personally, I did receive the support I needed when I started. Parents need to understand that running a business, there will be changes that we may not like, new rules put into place but its going to happen every we go!
My second child is now in baby room! And as I am now a paying parent, I can say I'm still being treated the same and I am happy with the progress i've seen with my baby.
If you are looking for a nursery for your child to go within the area, then I do recommend New Birth, I recommended this nursery to my friend and she is also pleased, and I'm sure you will be too!
