We can't recommend Rooftop highly enough. Our son attended from 18 months old and really thrived there. He loved going to nursery. The staff are excellent and make such a huge effort both with parents but also in supporting your child's development. Activities were always varied and interesting; from heuristic play to French lessons and food was always healthy and nutritious. We had to change nurseries as we moved to a different part of London and commuting wasn't possible. We loved Rooftop will miss everyone there.

Our son started here at 11 months old and loved it. The staff are incredible. The variety of activities are both creative and progressive in supporting development. Parents are encouraged to be involved. We had to leave due to relocation and we really miss the place. If you are considering this nursery it is a must!

My third child attends and I wish I had known about this place with my first and second! The outdoor space isn't very large is the only drawback but the quality of care has been excellent and so very welcoming - to both parents and children. Honestly after a long day at work I love how nicely I am received here. They really do care about parents as well as kids.

A great nursery. Our little one is well looked after and cared for. Plenty of nice activity to help her develop and grow. Very professional and supportive staff with both kids and parents, especially during the settling in period. Fresh food cooked daily on site. 5 stars!

Rooftop is a unique and wonderful nursery. My daughter has been attending for the past two years and I’m so sad that it’s time for her to start school. All the staff are kind and calm, the children experience so many varied activities during their day, from yoga and football to singing, baking and heuristic play. We’ve made many great friends through nursery and I feel I can not recommend the place enough. Any child is lucky to go there. Thank you Rooftop!

Rooftop is a wonderful place. Not too big to be overwhelming, and still intimate enough to feel like a family. The space is used well and the roof top area is great for the kids and is safe and well taken care of. Both my children have attended over the past 6 years and I’ll be sad when I don’t need to come here anymore. It’s a really well run nursery, with a strong management team and the attention to detail is excellent. The food is delicious too! Lucky kids eating food from all around the world. The staff are the absolute stars though - every single member is kind, nurturing and generous with their care and energy. Their end of year summer trips are always a highlight as well as the Christmas party and male and female carers’ days. They really do go the extra mile here. For a private nursery in Hackney you won’t find much better - both for the price but more importantly for the care and fantastic service they provide to the children but also to the parents. Highly recommend Rooftop.
