Both my children attend this Nursery and are very happy here. The staff are exceptional. They attend to all their needs and are incredibly friendly. The communication is excellent and they have an online portal to check your child’s progress throughout the day. They also provide a brief summary at the door during pick up. It is a very well run Nursary. Highly recommended.

The best of all, staff are all organised and caring. My children are well looked after and the nursery is very current with latest updates for kids. I live the way they always participate in the world activities. Am very settled when my kids are there and nothing to worry about. This nursery is a great nursery. Both my kids have really enjoyed their time here and have had lots of fun. The staff are great with the kids,very welcoming and cooperative. As a parent I have also had no issues and thank Enchated Castle nursery for looking after my kids so well.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 3months old. He is now 4years. I’ve got no complaints, he’s always been happy, clean and well fed. He loves his teacher and his friends and cries every time its time to go home. They’ve helped me with potty training and his talking. My mind is at ease when he is there because i know he is happy and very well taken care of.

This nursery is brilliant. The staff are professional and the manager is always on hand to communicate with. Within just 1 week the nursery staff toilet trained my son. They were amazing! I couldn't believe their dedication and commitment to helping parents develop their child's independence. Thank you and Well done!

From the first viewing of this nursery i have loved everything about it! The staff are so kind and lovely, i instantly felt comfortable with sending my child to be looked after. Especially Emma the nursery manager; shes made the whole experience amazing. Ive watched my child develop so much after sending him to this nursery after only a short while. I would gladly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants peace of mind when entrusting their child with others

The staff including management are all professional and value all children's needs. This nursery is highly recommended to all with kids

This is without a doubt the most successful nursery in Newham. The staff are polite, helpful and always do their best to support and meet the needs of the children in the setting. This nursery is in a large setting which is very spacious both indoors and outdoors. Children are provided with the high quality care and attention. It is more than obvious that the setting's main aim is to support and provide children with exceptional care while ensuring that they enjoy their time at nursery. It is definitely the best setting to go to if you want your child to be in a safe, happy, stable and encouraging environment that always exceeds their expectations.

Since joining the nursery I have had the chance to witness children in the setting develop in many ways. Children in this setting look forward to coming in everyday and do not want to leave when it's home time. The children in this setting have the most amazing time exploring, learning and just being able to express themselves in a safe and secure environment.
