A. J.I love this nursery, respectful and friendly staff members and management. My twins went there and I was so pleased with their work and support. As a childcare worker myself, I feel that your child would be safe and nurtured properly here. Many childcare settings do not offer good care and reliability and Toucan offers this. In support of 5 star for this setting 💯.
F.I have to say how very pleased I am about my child attending Toucan Day Nursery. My son really enjoys reading and being independent, he's confidence when we go out is amazing. He always speaks about he's day which makes me trust he is having a good time with he's friends. I also have access to the nursery's app where I can see how well my child is developing in different areas.
The welcoming calm environment shows through the hard work and care of the Manager and teachers, I have had nothing but a positive experience. Thank you Toucan Day Nursery and keep up the good work.

M. C.I'm located outside the UK and needed a safe place to do handovers and visit my son who is almost 4 years old, his mother and I are divorced. I cannot show enough gratitude to the staff who follow the highest ethical and safety standards. I am fully confident that my child is not only being supervised properly, but he is highly engaged in activities appropriate for his age. The environment at the Toucan Centre is inviting, clean and friendly. Thank you again to the staff who have facilitated contact with my son, this truly would not be possible without you. I invite everyone to check out the centre for yourselves, you are doing yourself a disservice to not consider their assistance.
W. C.I'm shocked by this comment as I completed a placement at the beginning of this year and couldn't of chose a better nursery. The manage continuously looks out for ways to support and develop staff!! I felt safe and supported working with everyone they are very fun and organised!! The children are happy and confident in the environment and are very good at building strong relationships, I'm sure they would go home and tell their families if they felt threatened in any way. Parents have said many positive things about their children attending Toucan so I'm not sure what you have experienced is a personal issue which should have been dealt with properly instead of trying to ruin people who are just doing an honest job. This nursery felt like a warm and secure family environment and in case you didn't know the caretaker is the maintenance guy who ensures things are fitted safely. Seems like you did something wrong and just having a dig as this nursery has strict policy's in place and as for safeguarding, abusive staff are strictly not accepted and if you've seen any such behaviour you are just as bad for not saying anything in the correct way. It is clear you are immature and very weak with your knowledge about correct protocol. Please think again when trying to bring down someone's company for personal reasons. Please rethink!!

J. A.I couldn't of chosen a better nursery in Hackney. I'm so happy to have found such a safe, secure, happy environment for both my children and years later, the work of the nursery continues to shine through them. Friends who have attended and referred family members are also happy with the childcare services from this nursery.
