Some things that really helped me personally were the Whatsapp group chats with all the Au pairs in it. You can always ask questions and at the same time meet new people who you might become friends with soon! I met a bunch of awesome people who I’m still close with. Besides those chats there were even contact lists so you could search for other Au pairs in your area.

P. C.Nothing but great things to say about this agency and Tuuli! This was our first year with an au pair - I spoke to a few agencies but Smart Au Pairs was far and away the friendliest and most responsive.
Simple, easy process to find our au pair (who is fantastic!) and really helpful support from the agency during our first 6 months.
They've also provided a great network for our au pair who has found a ton of local friends and is really enjoying herself despite all the Covid difficulties.

P. V.I was unfortunately unlucky with my first host family in London. My employment relationship was abruptly terminated and I was in a very difficult situation. The lockdown and the high risk had not improved my stay. I had considered ending my au pair adventure.
