Our son has been attending Oxford Nursery now for almost a year and our experience has been wonderful. The staff makes you feel like family and they treat your children like so. Our sons main carer is really invested in his development and keeps us updated daily of the activities he partakes in. Since starting here they have updated the baby room with lots of new toys, books, sensory areas, etc. that keep our son busy, learning and interested all day. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone in the Summertown area. You'd be hard pressed to find a more family oriented nursery!

A truly wonderful nursery! Brilliant staff and facilities. My son has been attending the nursery since January and simply adores it! The staff are so attentive and incredibly invested in his development. I highly recommend this nursery for families in the local Oxford area.

Both my kids have been attending the Oxford nursery in summer town for almost a year. They both seem really happy and I have total confidence in leaving them there. They are always greeted with big smiles and I love hearing them talking fondly about the adults. My eldest always calls his key worker 'beautiful' and my youngest chats about her keyworker the whole way home. I have looked at several other nurseries that are closer to our house but the Oxford nursery seems so much smaller and has more of a family feel than anywhere else I have visited. The management side of things seems really great. I always get an immediate response to emails and they have been really accomodating with late notice changes of days and hours etc. Lovely nursery overall, would definitely recommend.

My son has been attending The Oxford Nursery since he was 9 months old. As a parent it is everything I look for in offering excellent care, love, attention and now education for my son who is now nearly three years old. The staff are amazing and I know I can totally trust them with the care of my son. We absolutely love the nursery environment and special events celebrated there, it is so inclusive and makes us feel very special and privileged to be a part of the nursery. My son constantly talks about his experiences at nursery, the friends he has made and fondly talks about the staff at home. I would highly recommend The Oxford Nursery Summertown and their amazing staff and management team.

My son has been attending the Oxford Nursery, Summertown since he was 6 months old. It is a wonderful, warm and friendly place, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My son is very happy there, and has developed strong bonds with his carers in the baby room. The staff really care for the children, and take a genuine interest in their well-being. Communication is excellent. There is always a wide range of activities on offer, and lots of outdoor play. My son has made excellent progress with his development during his time at the nursery, and I feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing environment for him.

My son has been attending The Oxford Nursery since September. He goes 2 days a week. We are so impressed and pleased with how he has settled into nursery. He was only ever with family and was unsure to how he would settle. The staff are amazing. They made my son feel so welcome and took the time to get to know him, what he likes and what interested him. Since being there we have seen a big change in his development, especially his speech. The environment is so welcoming and the staff take the time to talk with me about my son. They have many different event for parents to attend and I feel part of his learning at nursery. He has made a lot of friends and has become so close to his key worker (who is doing an amazing job). This is an amazing nursery and I would highly recommend it to all.

My daughter has been attending The Oxford Nursery for nearly 2 years now, we receive excellent care, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, my daughter is always very happy to see her friends, and is always coming home tell us about her busy day. They have a wonderful outdoor area including 3 amazing gardens, which is great as my daughter loves being outside. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Really happy with the Oxford Nursery. Staff are lovely and have got to know him in a short amount of time. Low staff turnover - he went last summer for a few weeks and came back again this year and got same key worker. The nursery has events such as a summer fete which gives it a community feel. Nursery has a huge sandpit garden and a grass garden too which they love playing in. There is a lot of parking available. Accessible entrance. Overall we are very satisfied with the care this nursery provides.

Very happy we chose this nursery. The staff are fantastic and really care for the children. They all have fun every day and are doing lots of things such as cooking, arts and crafts and spending time outside in the garden and sand pit. We really like the way children of all ages spend time mixing, moving around and doing joint activities. So much nicer than some of the more rigid segregation of ages we saw in larger nurseries. The harvest festival show for parents to come and watch was great fun.

I have a Toddler at this nursery and have been extremely happy with the enthusiasm, support and learning opportunities my child receives. The management team not only provide us a welcoming environment but they also put on amazing social activities for the children and families over the weekends. I certainly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a secure, safe and happy environment with happy staff and children.

Fantastic nursery with brilliant staff, our daughter really loves attending and has developed so much. She is due to start school in September and is more than prepared, which is thanks to her key person and the nursery and all the lovely activities, experiences and learning that has taken place. We will all be very sad when she leaves the nursery.

I have been at many different occasion held at the nursery and the children are involved from start to finish. The Oxford Nursery is for and about the children in everything they do.

Oxford Nursery is fabulous!! I have 2 little girls (2 and 10 months) and they always come home from nursery very happy, which is the best indicator of how well a nursery is doing. The staff are brill and are constantly thinking of creative ways to teach the children. Their enthusiasim and patience is remarkable. I am always exctied to see what they have been up to and it is always something that the girls are facinated with - from water play, learning from nature, themed days, cooking, sensory experiences, singing... The team have endless energy and are always accomodating to the parents and of course the childrens needs! I could go on but you get the idea!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at the Summertown branch of the Oxford Nursery. My son started when he was 9 weeks old so I could go back to work and they could not have been more supportive and helpful adapting to his needs. He has now just turned one and is thriving. The equipment, facilities and opportunities for children to explore and learn in a variety of settings from the sand garden, to the mud kitchen and from story time to playing with the nursery rabbit let alone all the messy activities with paint, glitter, salt dough etc I simply could not replicate at home. The online learning journal and detailed handovers mean I don't feel like I'm missing out on his development and in fact support me with ideas of what to do at home. Most importantly my son is excited to get there each day, whilst leaving often takes quite a bit of persuasion. If you want a supportive, welcoming and engaging environment where you can trust the staff to not only have your child's best interests at heart but actually know your child, their little quirks and be ready to adapt to them whilst instilling good, kind and respectful behaviour, then I would recommend you at least visit this nursery and take a look for yourself.

Excellent nursery. Our son goes everyday and I could not praise Julie and the staff there enough. They provide an level of excellence that goes beyond what you would expect. This is in everything from the standard of education and engagement to the individual care and attention provided to each child. I would not trust my son with anyone else.
