E. S.We used Freedom Childcare for our wedding and were so, so impressed. They took time to understand what we needed and matched us with Kerry. Kerry provided childcare for us for an evening a couple of nights before the wedding, and then for the whole of our wedding day. She was incredible. I had been apprehensive about how I would balance being the bride and being mum to our 6 month old, exclusively breastfed, baby but Kerry put me completely at ease and I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day. I knew that if our daughter needed me Kerry would bring her or would message to let me know. She was great at communicating with us and was responsive, intuitive, understanding and most importantly FANTASTIC with our daughter. She even brought some extra toys (after checking with us) with her, which our daughter loved. Lots of our guests commented on how great she was with our daughter and it was so clear to me that we were leaving our daughter in extremely capable hands. Not only did we have a great day, but our daughter did too. I would absolutely recommend.

We came to the Isle of Wight as a family at the weekend- 5 of us plus Granny- to celebrate (belatedly) a special birthday. Our baby sitter was called Toni- what a friendly, professional, kind and smiley lady she is. The kids loved her (and so did we)!
Thanks to Toni (and Freedom) everyone had a great evening. The kids were looked after upstairs (games, stories and bed) while we adults enjoyed a "grown up" dinner in the hotel.
Communication from our initial enquiry throughout was efficient and very friendly. Toni called to have a good chat with us before the weekend and talk everything through. Delighted children and parents and happy memories made by and for all!
J. M.Freedom Childcare have run a special needs creche for us for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. Fran and her team are fantastic. The children (of all ages) that attended had so much fun. Parents left their children in confidence and felt that they would be well looked after, even though they had only just met. As a busy primary teacher, I needed flexible, responsive childcare. As the mother of two autistic boys, I needed caring, well-trained, experienced staff. I am happy to say that Freedom kept my family happy and functioning for years!
G. P.Freedom have worked in partnership with Reach for 3 consecutive years, and we are planning to do so again in 2015. Freedom have supported our annual Family Weekend with creche and childcare for up to 80 children from 9am - 9.30pm. The administrative and childcare teams have at all times been helpful, flexible to work with out volunteers and staff, and professional and we have enjoyed working with them - even at the most stressful times they maintain humour!
I have pleasure recommending them to others needing creche and older children's activities. Freedom understand the needs of children whatever their age, and really do care about each and every one of the personalities they are working with.

They provided a really great team who understood the differing needs of the children, inspiring instant, and proven, trust from both the parents and the young. The children had a really fun evening and all ended up peacefully asleep, much to the delight to the parents.

They have provided me with a nanny, an au pair and babysitters over the years. They have always been professional and extremely careful to appoint someone that would fit easily into the profile of our family. I have found Fran Cooper to be a shining light in those moments of maternal / professional panic when a real helping hand has been needed with my children. Highly recommend this company.
E. B.I have been working with Freedom Childcare since January 2015. I am part of a team of many highly qualified child care workers. My remit is generally intervention and supervision work with families but I also work in Children Centre creches, private nursery's, wedding creches, school creches and private child minding for families and babysitting for specific occasions. They are a great agency to work for due to the flexibility of hours and variety of child care positions available.
